Emily Ratajkowski Looked Like a Goddess in Her Gold Gown at the King’s Trust Gala

Emily Ratajkowski attended the 2024 King’s Trust Gala in full glamour. For the event hosted on May 2 at Casa Cipriani New York City, Ratajkowski arrived wearing an elegant, champagne-colored satin slip gown with a scoop neckline and an open back.

The halter straps of the dress wrapped around her neck and cascaded down, grazing the floor. She carried a burgundy clutch, and her hair was styled in old-Hollywood waves and parted down the side, revealing sparkling drop earrings.

Formerly known as the Prince’s Trust Gala, the annual event is hosted by King Charles’ charity organization, the King’s Trust, which also received a name change after his coronation.

Charles, who had to pause his public obligations as king while undergoing treatments for cancer, returned to royal duties on Tuesday, April 30. He was unable to attend the King’s Trust Gala, but a statement was read on his behalf: “Ladies and gentlemen, the trust will continue to help young people around the world to build those key skills to support them into employment. Together, we can build a better future for the next generation.”

Buckingham Palace announced his diagnosis on February 5, 2024, though they chose not to disclose which type of cancer he has. The palace stated that he had just begun “regular treatments,” and that Charles, “remains wholly positive about his treatment and looks forward to returning to full public duty as soon as possible.”
